I’ve heard that overwintering vegetables is a great way to get early spring eats! I munched on some freshly harvested kale while getting the farm tour... but I didn’t know what to think when I laid eyes on this beast! Any guesses? I call it the alien vegetable, but it formally goes by...kohlrabi! But this one is way past its prime for eating...but not for seed making! 😂💚🌱
